- Education Qualification : B.Sc. in Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation OR Diploma / Degree in Engineering from recognized institute. Read Notification for More Details.
- Pay Level in 7th CPC : Level-5
- Initial pay (Rs.) : 29,200
- Medical Standard : B-1
- Age (as on 01-07-2026) : 18 – 33 years. Age Relaxation as per rules.
Technician Grade-III
- Education Qualification : Matriculation (10th Pass) with ITI in relevant trades OR Matric + Completion of Apprenticeship in approved trades. Read Notification for More Details.
- Pay Level in 7th CPC : Level-2
- Initial pay (Rs.) : 19,900
- Medical Standard : Read Notification. Post-wise Parameters
- Age (as on 01-07-2026) : 18 – 30 years. Age Relaxation as per rules.
