The post earlier known as IBPS Clerk has now been officially renamed Customer Service Associate (CSA).

IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Age Limit (As on 01 August 2026)
Minimum Age: 20 Years, Maximum Age: 28 Years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02 August 1998 and not later than 01 August 2006 (both dates inclusive). Age Relaxation as per government rules.
IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2026 Salary
The pay scale for Customer Service Associate (CSA) is Basic: ₹ 24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480. The CSA will be eligible for allowances & perquisites as per rules of the Participating Bank in force from time to time.
