Part – 1 : GSSSB Head Clerk Written Exam Syllabus 2021 (Total : 200 Question – 200 Marks – 2 hours)
- General Knowledge : 80 Marks
- History Of Gujarat
- Geography of Gujarat
- Art and Culture
- Constitution of India
- General Science
- Current Affairs : India and Gujarat
- General Knowledge of Computer
- The Environment
- Public Administration
- Government Schemes
- Panchayati Raj and Disaster Management
- Gujarati Grammar and Literature : 50 Marks
- English Grammar : 40 Marks
- Mathematical and Logical Reasoning : 30 Marks
- Examination will be by multiple choice (MCQ) and optical mark reader (OMR) method.
- Each Question will have a mark.
- The candidate has to answer all the questions
- Wrong answer will be given 0.25 marks out of the marks obtained for each of the selected answers or more than one option with negative check. i.e. negative marking will be applied.
- Each question will have an option “E” Not Attempted, the candidate can choose this option if he does not want to answer any question and negative marking will not be application in case of selecting “Not attempted” Option
Part -2 GSSSB CPT Syllabus 2021 (Computer Proficiency Test) (100 Marks – 1.30 Hours)
- Gujarati Typing Test : 30 Marks
- English Typing Test : 20 Marks
- Computer Practical Test (Appendix – G) : 50 Marks
Note :
- Candidates who pass the written test will be called for part 2 Computer Proficiency Test. Approximately Three times the number of candidates will be called for the CPT Test on the basis of Merit on the basis of Approximate total vacancies.
Appendix – G (GSSSB Head Clerk CPT Practical Test 2021)
- Preparing a note in word file : 10 Marks
- Preparing a Power Point slide for presentation based on data provided : 15 Marks
- Preparing an Excel spreadsheet and answering an arithmetic problem : 15 Marks
- E-mails (with attachments) : 10 Marks
