GSSSB Fisheries Officer Bharti 2025

Education Qualification
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science, Zoology, or Microbiology from a recognized University (under UGC Act, 1956).
- Have basic computer knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967.
- Know Gujarati or Hindi or both adequately.
Pay Scale:
- Initial fixed pay:Â â‚ą40,800/- per month for the first 5 years
- After 5 years: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400/- (Level-6 Pay Matrix)
- Note: Appointment and regularization are subject to satisfactory service and Supreme Court directives (SLP No.14124/2012 & 14125/2012).
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age:Â 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 15/07/2025)
