Education Qualification

• Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
• Minimum 3 years (1 year in a listed company)

Applicants must have

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• At least 1 year experience in a listed company

Knowledge and experience in

• Compliances and filings under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations
• Interaction with MCA, Stock Exchanges
• Secretarial work related to Board/Committee/General Meetings
• Shareholder coordination and liaising with R&TA (Registrar and Transfer Agents)
• Exposure to SEBI compliances for listed companies
