Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proficiency in local language required. Computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, etc.). Proficiency in local language required.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks. Minimum 2 years experience as an officer in Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
- IT Officer: Graduate in Electronics/IT/Computer Science with 50% marks + 1-year experience.
- Chartered Accountant: CA + 1-year experience.
- Law Officer: Law degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
- Treasury Manager: CA/MBA (Finance) + 1-year experience.
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing + 1-year experience.
- Agricultural Officer: Graduate in Agriculture/related fields with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduate with 50% marks + 5 years experience as an officer in Bank/Financial Institution.
Age Limit
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18–28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21–32 years
- Officer Scale III: 21–40 years
