Job Profile of Executive
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Conduct financial literacy and customer awareness campaigns.
- Support customer acquisition for IPPB and partner organizations.
- Train and guide GDS on IPPB services.
- Coordinate with DoP officials and assist in branch operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the bank.
Salary / Pay Scale
- ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) inclusive of statutory deductions.
- Annual increment and performance-based incentives applicable.
- No other allowances or bonus will be paid.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Merit List (percentage of marks in Graduation).
- In case of a tie:
- Seniority in GDS service will be considered.
- If still equal, older candidate (by DOB) will be preferred.
- The Bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if necessary.
