Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the required educational qualification for the respective discipline.
Some major qualifications include :
- Civil/Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- Finance: MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA.
- Information Technology: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or MCA.
- Law: Professional Degree in Law.
- Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Operations: Science Graduate with MBA or Engineering Degree.
- Survey & Cartography: Civil Engineering Degree or relevant Master’s Degree in Geography/Geo-Informatics/Remote Sensing.
Experience Requirement
- Manager Posts: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (varies by discipline).
- Junior Executive Posts: No experience required.
Age Limit
The age will be calculated as on 07 September 2026.
- Manager: Maximum 32 Years
- Junior Executive: Maximum 27 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and eligible AAI employees as per Government rules.
Salary (Pay Scale)
- Manager [Group‐A: E‐3 level] : Rs.60000 ‐ 3% ‐ 180000
