e-Samaj Kalyan Yojana 2026
The primary objective of the Competitive Exam Coaching Assistance Scheme is to help deserving students receive quality coaching for competitive examinations without worrying about financial constraints.

Financial Assistance
Eligible applicants can receive:
- Financial assistance up to ₹20,000
- Or the actual coaching fee paid
- Whichever amount is lower
The approved amount is transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Income Limit
- The annual family income must be ₹6.00 lakh or less.
Provisions for Trainees Seeking Coaching Assistance
- Candidates belonging to the General (Unreserved) Category are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
- The financial assistance under this scheme can be availed only once.
- Applicants must meet the educational qualification and age criteria prescribed for the competitive recruitment examination for which they are seeking coaching.
- Applicants must have secured 60% or more marks in Class 12 (Higher Secondary Examination).
- The applicant must submit an admission letter issued by the coaching institute, clearly mentioning the date of admission.
- The online application must be submitted along with scanned copies of all original supporting documents.
- Within 30 days from the commencement of coaching classes, the applicant must submit the hard copy of the online application along with all uploaded documents to the District Office where the coaching institute is located. Applications submitted after the prescribed time limit will be rejected.
- The applicant must complete a minimum of 90 days of coaching/training.
- If the District Office returns an application for correction or completion, the applicant must complete the required corrections and resubmit the application online within 15 days from the date of return.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Coaching Institutes
The coaching institute selected by the applicant must satisfy the following conditions:
- The institute must be registered under any applicable law such as the Trust Act, Shops and Establishments Act, Companies Act, Co-operative Societies Act, or any other relevant legislation.
- The institute must have been actively engaged in providing competitive examination coaching and educational services for at least three years.
- The institute must submit Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the previous three financial years, clearly showing income generated from competitive examination coaching.
- The institute must possess a valid GST Registration Number and provide the relevant GST registration certificate as proof.
