Aadhaar card e-KYC with ration card
Through MY Ration App, the customer can see the quantity and receipt due to him. Also, services related to ration card such as Aadhaar and mobile status, public distribution system, Aadhaar E-KYC, unlinked mobile, unlinked Aadhaar and other services will be available to you from your mobile while sitting at home.
How to do Ration Card E-KYC?
Step 1. Download MY Ration app from Play Store.
Step 2. Enter the mobile number of the name of the ration card, then verify it with the OTP that will come.
Step 3. Then go to the profile and set a password and link the ration card.
Step 4. After doing this, go to the homepage and select the Aadhaar E-KYC option.
Step 5. Now a new window will open, in it the link of Aadhaar Face Reader AadhaarFaceRD App will be given, download it, it will not show anywhere on the mobile.
Step 6. Then click on the check box below and click on the Get Card Details button.
Step 7. Then a new window will open in which you will see the number of the ration card you have linked and a code will be given below it, enter it in the box next to it and click on the Get Card Members Details button.
Step 8. Now a new window will open in which the names of the members in the ration card will appear here and E-KYC Yes or No will appear against each name.
Step 9. Now to verify the name against which No is written, click on the Select Member for Aadhaar E-KYC button and select the name from it and click on the Aadhaar E-KYC button in this member.
Step 10. Now in the new window that opens, click on the check box against the consent and click on the Generate OPT button and then verify it by entering the OTP.
Step 11. After entering the OTP, the Aadhaar Face Reader app will start and take a selfie of the person to be verified, which must be circled in green color (eyes must be blinked)
Step 12. After the green color is circled, the details of the person you are verifying will appear, then click on the checkbox and submit, after which a successful message will appear.
While doing Ration Card E-KYC, if an error occurs while verifying the person’s Aadhaar, try again after some time. Or it also happens that an old mobile number is entered in the Aadhaar card and you currently have that number with you, then first of all you need to update the mobile number in the Aadhaar card.
