Uttam Dairy will conduct walk-in interviews for different groups of positions on three separate dates.
- 31 August 2026 (Monday): Position No. 1 to 5
- 1 September 2026 (Tuesday): Position No. 6 to 10

Chilling Centre In-Charge
Educational Qualification: B.Tech. in Dairy Technology/Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Milk Chilling Centre In-Charge.
Age Limit: Below 35 years.
Legal Officer
Educational Qualification: Graduate with LL.B. from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Officer, or minimum 1 year of experience as a Practicing Advocate in Labour Court/Board of Nominee/Civil Court etc. Candidates should also have working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Below 35 years.
Technical Officer (D.T.)
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech. from a recognized University/Institute.
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of FCAA SCADA operating software system.
Age Limit: Below 30 years.
I.T. Engineer – System Administrator/Server Admin
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Engineer (System Administrator/Server Admin). S.A.P. experience will be preferred.

I.C.D. Head
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate/H.D.C./I.A.H./M.B.A. (Rural Management) from a recognized University or reputed Institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an I.C.D. Head or Manager (Milk Procurement) in a Dairy Co-operative.

Veterinary Officer
Educational Qualification: B.V.Sc. & A.H. from a recognized University/Institute.

Technicians – Fitter/Welder/Electrician/R.F.M.
Candidates with qualifications such as Computer Hardware & Networking, Information Technology, Data Entry, ITI Pass in Fitter/Welder/Electrician/R.F.M. trade, one-year apprenticeship or one-year experience as Fitter/Electrician/Welder (Electric + Argon), or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/I&C Engineering fresher can apply, as applicable.
Preference: Experience in a Dairy Plant will be preferred.
